Mission Statement: Armatures DNS 2000 Inc. remanufactures alternators, starters, water pumps, and calipers (bare and semi-loaded). We believe in providing quality products accompanied by outstanding customer service, because the heart of our company lies in our customers. We are committed in evolving with the changing times to meet all expectations and encourage our employees to be integral contributors in providing current industry information to meet all of our customer’s needs.

Armatures DNS 2000 Inc. was founded in 1977; however, it wasn’t until 10 years after that the company really started to take off. Childhood friends Joe Rinaldi and Tullio Lattanzio saw a business opportunity and haven’t looked back since. They understood that each had their own strengths and saw that this compliments each other. Joe handles all aspects of productions, and Tullio is in charge of sales and marketing.

From its humble beginnings of working in a 5000 sq. ft. location to presently where we have two separate locations to keep a full supply of products available at all times. The electrical line, alternators and starters, are manufactured at the 110,000 sq. ft. building, while the calipers and water pumps are produced at our second 50,000 sq. ft. location. At the beginning, weekly sales averaged at 1500 units sold, to its present weekly units sold of 5000 plus, It’s safe to say that Joe, Tullio, and all employees have worked hard to achieve success at DNS.

Presently, our product lines consist of alternators and starters, rebuilt and new; water pumps, rebuilt and new; and calipers, semi-loaded and bare. We have highly trained professionals that are specialists for each product line. The foremen of each department supervise to ensure that all products leaving the warehouse are satisfactory and are of the utmost quality.

We have a qualified staff of 200 people that are in the manufacturing department, an administrative staff of 12 people that are always at your disposal for any questions that may arise, and a sales staff that covers all corners of Canada. DNS employs 6 internal sales people to service the Quebec and greater Toronto regions, and sales agencies to service the rest of Canada. For the western provinces the sales agency of Zurawel Patton Sample is used; and for eastern Canada the sales agency of JD Coyle & Sales is used. All sales representatives of these agencies are well informed of all DNS products and are more than capable of servicing all auto parts outlets in their region. For your added convenience, we have five warehouses throughout Canada that stocks our products; PacWest in Burnaby and Edmonton, DNS Toronto in North York Ontario, and our two warehouses in Montreal.

DNS presently supplies all major warehouse distributors; Uni-Select, Carquest, Vast Auto/Auto Value, Entrepot de Montreal, World Auto Parts, Regional Automotive Warehousing, Bestbuy Distributors, and Central Auto Distributors. In addition to servicing the warehouse, we are also in close contact with their members due to our unparalleled expertise. DNS thrives on being the best in customer support and technical service. We consider this to be the key to our long-standing success and we are firm believers that our customers keep our business alive. It’s for this reason that we consider customer service to be the most important facet to our business and one that we constantly strive to improve.
